Tips From Leaders Who've Done It
- ▸Set a fundraising goal tied to a specific program benefit — scouts sell harder with a purpose.
- ▸Keep it simple. Two focused fundraisers beat six half-hearted ones.
- ▸Thank volunteers publicly. Recognition keeps people coming back.
