Tips From Leaders Who've Done It

  • The most common Eagle failure is running out of time after Life rank. Watch the clock.
  • Eagle project approval is not rubber-stamping — help scouts prepare thoroughly.
  • Build a simple Eagle checklist for Life Scouts to self-track. Motivation comes from clarity.
