Tips From Leaders Who've Done It
- ▸Build a simple checklist — same one every trip. Never skip it.
- ▸Inspect gear the day after returning, not a week later.
- ▸Be diplomatic but firm: dirty gear doesn't go back in the bin.
- ▸Take photos of damage so there's no dispute about who caused it.
