Who You Sat Next To
Any Meeting
At the campfire tonight, I noticed who sat next to who — and I noticed a couple of scouts make a point of sitting next to someone newer, someone a little on the outside of the group. Nobody told them to do that. That small choice, who you sit next to, is one of the most powerful things you can control in this troop. It can make someone's whole week. Pay attention to who needs a seat next to you.
